Extremely poor customer service. The service writer and service manager both said they could not find the problem but once my husband and I arrived we were able to duplicate this issue and show the service writer who then said oh wow yea I see that, we will call you back and let you know. It has been 2 days and no call. I will be contacting GMC corporate to let them know of this experience.

Experience was great. Issue was my wife wanted me to vacuum and wash car over weekend and I said why - GMC will do it at service. So I got egg on my face when the car was still dirty. I was told car wash was broken. Other than that service was great and fast. Had the car back by lunch. This being the fast I ever got a car back from a mechanic

Saw advertised truck from ad, contacted sales associate, Julian. Drove to dealership to test drive Denali Ev, never expecting dealer to match a price found elsewhere. Not only did the match it, they beat it, and did it quickly and helped me to get all the incentives offered elsewhere. I literally had not reasonable choice then to buy right then and there. Not to mention Julian was so friendly, relaxed and efficient, it didn’t feel like buying a car. Best experience ever.

It wasn’t like it used to be . It felt more like a quick lube and oil place ……BUT a lot more expensive. I won’t be going back . I paid $135 for an oil change and that was it . I waited 2 hours , No car wash , no tire rotation or top off any fluids. I’m better off going to a small auto repair shop for an oil change . $80 and I’m back on the road in no time . I used to love going to the dealership for services . But nowadays the service is bad .

The customer service is always exceptional. However sin my last oil maintenance the prices were too high. I would understand twenty dollars but more than fifty dollars, insane. I heard Crown Dodge offers a package of 4 oil maintenance visits for a decent price. Maybe GM Alexander should consider offering something similar. Thank you.

You don’t keep parts. I have to bring my truck back. Somehow you stopped the cameras from working. My gas mileage went down 2-3 gallon a mile after a recall. The radio still goes to the map when you hit radio.

I took my vehicle in to Isaac at 8:15 AM for maintenance and was not very happy with his customer service, he was in a hurry and felt rushed. Told me that my truck would be ready by noon. I called at noon and not ready, he told me my 1:30 pm. I called at 2 pm and was told my truck was ready but Isaac never called. I asked the other rep I think his name is Josue and was told that he left early but no one called me?? Josue was very nice, understanding and patient with me and was concerned . Isaac also told me my truck would be washed but, it never got done. The other rep had me bring it in the next day and got it washed. I had to come back! 😞

I like this dealership I like the complimentary coffee and snacks. Isaac has great service. One thing that left me unsatisfied is I had purchased an extended warranty I need some work done and I was over warranty by 1,000 miles so my car wasn’t able to be fixed on warranty. I know you have your conditions but when I’m driving a car that is stalling, not getting enough power, turning off and on that becomes a safety hazard. I think you should give an exception offer the customer like myself a rental or a discount since I was so close to warranty. That was the only thing in my opinion that’s a shame.

Was told my wet carpets were vacuumed, they weren’t. Was told my car was tested if it was still leaking, it couldn’t have been. There is no evidence of any water testing to my dirty car! The inside of the windshield wasn’t even cleaned from the condensation inside of my car. My car still stinks of dampness.
